The County Governor is responsible for registering religious and faith communities, processing requests for funding, approving new religious leaders and ensuring that the activity of religious and faith communities complies with statutory and regulatory requirements. The County Governor is the administrative appeals body for cases concerning the allocation of municipal funding to religious and faith communities.
